Nick Carter has recently completed his Cert.EM Advanced certification. Nick is a Dispute Resolution Practitioner for the Office of the Public Advocate in South Australia, where he mediates in the shadow of legislation that protects the supported decision making of older and vulnerable adults. Nick also offers elder mediation through his private practice, called Lotus Creek Psychology and Mediation, located in the Adelaide Hills.
Nick is an accredited mediator, family dispute resolution practitioner and conciliator. Nick has a Master of Dispute Resolution (Dean’s Award) and has trained as a collaborative practitioner, conflict coach, and crisis support worker.
