Robyn is an experienced lawyer and executive leader with more than three decades of expertise. With over 30 years of personal development, Robyn is also a skilled mentor and coach, supporting individuals in navigating challenging power dynamics, and towards embracing and exercising their own personal sovereignty.

Robyn’s experience has taken her from courtrooms, representing vulnerable individuals and those with special needs, to policy and law reform, executive leadership, strategic advisory, negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution. Along the way, she has advised politicians, judges and senior leaders; conceived, led and embedded significant reform; and worked with myriad people and organisations cultivating relationships of trust, managing competing interests, agendas and power imbalances, and respecting differing perspectives.

Robyn brings a grounded, thoughtful and practical approach to her work in elder mediation, looking to create opportunities that are honouring and respectful of the individuals involved, preserving the autonomy and sovereignty of the older person.

Robyn’s career reflects a deep commitment to justice, empowerment, and guiding people through challenging circumstances with dignity, integrity and care.
