Gearoid is an accredited MII Mediator with many years experience as an active mediator providing mediation in Workplace, Separating Couples, Commercial and Elder Mediation. Gearoid works with parents looking for co-parenting agreements, improving communication and planning for the future more positively, and employees to resolve interpersonal issues and promote a safe working environment. Gearoid successfully achieved the Certified Elder Mediator Advanced (Cert. EM Advanced) in September 2023.
