Complaints Policy
The EMIN Complaints Policy (available HERE) covers complaints against EMIN Member(s) in the performance and/or delivery of their role(s) as Elder Mediator perceived to be in contravention of the terms of the EMIN Code of Ethics and/or other EMIN rules or protocols.
Appeals Process
The EMIN Appeals Process (available HERE) is intended to provide an appropriate and equitableavenue of appeal against decisions of EMIN.
