Freddie moved from law to mediation in 2008, during a decade in Australia, and has never looked back. Now qualified in Civil, Community, Peer, Team & Workplace Mediation, Freddie practices across the spectrum, including Intergenerational and Elder, and manages teams of mediators and small business operations.Working at London charity, Calm Mediation, since 2015, has given her the opportunity to develop in many areas of mediation and to work with some superb co-mediators. In 2018 Freddie launched Concord Conflict Solutions, with a co-mediation partner. She enjoyed training with Later Life Mediation in Dublin and feels privileged to be an EMIN member, with a view to strengthening Elder Mediation awareness and practice across London and beyond.
