Luciana Caixeta (Luci) completed her Bachelor of Law and Practice in Brazil in 1994. Upon migrating to Australia, and raising two amazing daughters, she joined Relationships Australia, South Australia (RASA), in Adelaide following the nationwide roll out of the Family Relationships Centres in 2006, as a family dispute resolution practitioner assisting families reach agreements on children’s and property matters following family separation. Over this time, after receiving her graduate diploma in family dispute resolution, Luci went on to train and practice in conflict coaching, elder mediation and elder caring coordination. Currently, as the Team Leader of RASA’s mediation services in Adelaide Central, Luci oversees a team of mediators and family advisers Over the past 6 years Luci has focussed on elder mediation and elder caring coordination (ECC) within her own practice, being trained and supervised by University of South Australia’s Professor Dale Bagshaw and the Florida USA ECC Team of Linda Fieldstone and Susan Bronson
