Congratulations to Philip McAnenly, who recently achieved Elder Mediation International Certification (Cert EM).
Philip has worked in dispute and conflict resolution for 30 years delivering positive results by mediation and negotiation within the public, private and voluntary sectors in the Justice, Health & Sport Departments. He has developed a strong reputation for resolving complex disputes, involving multi-parties, without delay.
Philip is accredited by the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII) and is also a skilled Mediator in Family (Separating Couples) work.
In his earlier career, Philip worked as a Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager with the HSE, specialising in Care of the Elderly nursing.
Since 2019, Philip held a CEO role with a large representative body, developing its Dispute Resolution procedures and policies. More recently, he has advised and supported Engaging Dementia in piloting their strategy in establishing Dementia Cafes throughout Ireland.
Philip has served as the Chairperson of an Adjudication Tribunal for a National Sport Governing Body since 2017, and is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
Philip brings a practical, common-sense and balanced approach to his work in Mediation.
