Congratulations to Ilona Kupp-Lieck, the first mediator in France to achieve Elder Mediation International Certification (Cert EM).

Ilona is an experienced and effective family and workplace mediator, committed to helping individuals, families, and organizations navigate conflict with clarity, empathy, and respect.

Originally from Germany, Ilona moved with her family to the southwest of France in 2011. In 2016, she spent a year living in Ireland, where she discovered a deep connection to the island of Ireland and its people. Since 2019, she has been a panel mediator with Family Mediation Northern Ireland (FMNI) in Belfast, offering her services in family, cross-cultural and high-emotion contexts with warmth and professionalism.

Her approach to mediation is grounded in neutrality, confidentiality, and a deep belief that conflict can be a catalyst for growth and strengthened relationships when managed with the right guidance.

Ilona is accredited by the Mediation Institute of Ireland, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, CEDR, and the Association des Médiateurs Européennes, AME, Paris. She is a signatory of the Mediators’ Green Pledge (www.womac.org), affirming her commitment to sustainability and responsible practice.
