Based in Dublin, Ireland, Margaret (Mags) is an experienced mediator, facilitator and trainer. Since 2004, she has specialized in the delivery of discrete interventions to workplace, commercial and inter-generational conflicts and in the development of strategies to promote collaborative development and conflict-positive work environments.

Margaret is a past Executive Member and Council Member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (2005-2012), principal of Working Solutions and a partner in Erwin Bouchier Professional Solutions (EBPS). In conjunction with her co-mediator, Karen Erwin, Margaret provides an Elder Mediation service through EBPS.
